Dr. Madeleine Mansfield
Dr. Madeleine Mansfield is an experienced academic
and leadership practitioner with a passion for supporting students in
fulfilling their personal potential. With a background in Project Management,
Madeleine gained an undergraduate degree in Business Enterprise before going on
to complete a Master of Research and then Ph.D. at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Her research interests include Human Resource Management, Small Business
Development, and Teaching and Learning.
Dr. Madeleine has worked with Universities and Education Organisations in the UK
and internationally for over 10 years to support learner success and to deliver
world-class learning experiences. This has included the development of
Innovative Curriculum, Quality Assurance Processes, Governance and Student
Engagement and Support Programmes. Madeleine has a wealth of experience in
leading teams of academics to design and deliver learning content, student
support and assessment design to meet a wide range of national and
international standards. Alongside her work with Universities, Madeleine works
with organisations and individuals to coach and develop impactful leadership
and change. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management,
Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Academic Associate of CIPD, and
holds qualifications in Counselling and Mental Health.
